Equal Justice After Hours
Come for the happy hour. Stay for the trivia. Leave with bragging rights! Equal Justice After Hours is your chance to enjoy a fun night out with friends and colleagues while supporting access to justice for Iowans who need it most. Join us Thursday, October 15, at The River Center in downtown Des Moines for an evening of drinks, appetizers, trivia, and friendly competition. Happy hour begins at 5:00 p.m., with general trivia starting at 6:30 p.m. So gather your smartest friends and colleagues, bring your trivia A-game, and see who comes out on top! And while you're having fun, you'll be helping Iowa Legal Aid continue its work providing free civil legal services to low-income Iowans. Last year, Iowa Legal Aid helped 34,394 people, including 14,263 children and 4,916 people with disabilities. Help us make this our best year yet! We’ve already raised $140,525 toward this year’s Equal Justice After Hours goal, and we’re hoping to raise another $59,715.
